Every exercise you've trained becomes a card you keep, in the metal you've earned.
Stack your exercises in the order you'll train, then work through them one set at a time. The more you train an exercise, the further its card upgrades, from iron all the way up to diamond.

Put your exercises in order and the stack tells you if it makes sense. Big lifts first, smaller ones after. Don't tire out a muscle before the lift that needs it. Get the order wrong and the tower leans, the cards in the wrong place light up, and one tap tells you why.
Slide to log each set and it's stamped into the card. A rest timer runs between sets. When the last set is in, swipe the card away and the next exercise comes up.
Every card starts as iron. Each session you train that exercise moves it towards the next metal, and a session where you do more than usual moves it further. Twice a week gets a card to gold in about four months. You can't buy an upgrade. You have to train for it.
Build your workout by stacking exercise cards in the order you'll do them. Clear it by logging every set until the last card is gone.

An estimate of the most you could lift once, for every exercise, on a chart. Plus how your last set compares with your best, and whether your strength dips after your heaviest weeks.
How you train, read from your own workouts: your balance, which muscles get the work, your habits, your style, and what has worked for you.
After each workout, STKD picks out what changed. A lift hit its highest in 12 weeks, broke out of a plateau, or came back after time off.
The year in review adds your biggest gains, how your training changed from the start of the year to the end, and what worked.
